Privacy notice
Your information, handled with care.

When you join the waitlist
We collect your email address, the date and source of your signup, and a record of the consent wording you accepted. We use this information to manage the Ageless waitlist and send the launch and membership updates you requested.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, withdraw from the waitlist, or request access to or correction of your waitlist information by emailing [email protected]. Future marketing emails will also include an unsubscribe option.
How we protect it
Waitlist information is held in the Ageless platform database and is available only to authorised administrators. We do not collect an IP address or device details with your waitlist entry.
If waitlist email updates are activated, Postmark processes delivery on our behalf. We record the minimum delivery, bounce, complaint and unsubscribe information needed to operate the list safely. Email-open or link-click measurement is off by default and will only be enabled when it is needed and appropriately disclosed.
